- 1/2 Cup Coarse Salt
- 1/2 Cup Cornmeal
- 1/2 Cup Ground Oats
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. Orange Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
Using a blender or food processor, grind all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
